Vonhas OS — an admin system run by AI
A macOS-style admin / finance / HR system for a one-person company, where the AI is the operator and the human is the approver.
A young company with three service lines, one director, and a real cap on time. The bottleneck was always the same shape: SSM filings, payroll cycles, e-Invoice runs, deadline-tracking — work that has to happen, doesn't scale, and drowns the operator if it lands all at once.
We built Vonhas OS — a Next.js app that looks and feels like macOS, with eleven apps (Admin, Finance, HR, Vault, Comms, Objectives, Help, Settings, Chat). Every write goes through an approval gate; the actual work — drafting the COSEC reply, paginating the e-Invoice, chasing the deadline — is done by Claude Code via MCP. The director just reviews and clicks.
It's not flashy. It's a quiet system that takes most of the operational tax off a one-person company so the one person can do the work the business actually exists to do.
